exactley just a trap ..sorry you will never get my moneylol
there sgold everywhere ..you just have to find it lol
So what's the name of the restaurant and where is it? That info would really help...
If you make it to the end of the video, you'll find the address. And the name really is "Authentic EthioAfrican." Here it is again: Authentic EthioAfrican 1740 E McDowell Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85006
Never knew about Sonora, very interesting.
I remember him saying these things in 2013!
Great interview. Things are looking up a bit in 2024
And the tree awned streets with sunken lawns to the west of 32nd st and Thomas. Sure miss all that's gone
I loved there from 1985 thru 1991. Long Wings in Tempe, Los Arcos Mall, Thomas Mall, Tower Plaza with Alcolpoco Bay Beach Club, Warsaw Willy's blues, The Bagel on Scottsdale Blvd. The pink Biltmore Desert hotel was just being built and I was at a gathering at a huge sprawling windows and slate estate farther down the road. When Brookshires restaurant was open and we'd go have breakfast after the bar and I saw a bunch of people different from me but... We all needed breakfast. Drive past 58th Ave and it was all orange groves!
Thanks for sharing your memories!
I have lived in Wickenburg for almost 10 years and never saw that much water in the Hassayampa river. We love Wickenburg great town and people.
Thank you for putting this together! I moved away from Az in '79 and plan to return this year. Like many, my family & I tubed the Salt, raced dune buggies and dirt trikes and got into Hang Gliding. The cool Jazz scene was happening and life was lively (despite the heat of July & August). New entrepreneurs, with new ideas literally breathed life into an already beautiful place filled with possibilities. Again - Thank You!
Thanks for sharing your memories!
It should be renamed "death mountain".
I found it with scooby doo. Me and scooby doo went to jacob waltz's gravestone, scooby got the scent then l followed Scooby to the mine. I gave scooby the biggest scooby snack ever.
1960s Arizona and no mention of super popular places like- Beeline and Mel Larsons dragways plus, Mazanita and no mention of cruising on Main st in Mesa. disappointed
Sad how Maryvale community went from The Cleavers to gang-banger town in under 30 years.
She need to pick an accent and stick with it... faking the funk
It was nice to look into our Arizona past but WAY to much democratic government propaganda. Do better PBS or prepare to be defunded.
Unfortunately $$$ has a hard time getting to Tucson. Roads are crap. Tucson probably wouldnt use the money wisely anyhow. Tucson is hole. People come here to die.
I never knew who “compton terrace” was named after. Im watching this the day before he died. I was a kid in tucson in the 70s.
Very good food!💕
Only for the wealthy. City council and county supers allowing unchecked development. There is no water table, rent and home prices ridiculous. Employees are child-like Gen Z. Good luck
Dang man. Such great memories.
I despise Gannett. They turned a really good place to work at into a virtual chain gang.
I miss Legend City & Big Surf !!😂
So, 13 years ago, and no DNA results? Sounds like an OJ trial. And other reports put the plane at the bottom of the ocean.
I was 9 years old when we went to the Freedom Train.
Excellent discussion. I agree with that Lisa Spanierman. The reason why they voted for Trump is because they are afraid of losing their ascribed status. White women are losing their status due to white males and being outpaced by Asian women. Unfortunately, this not the black woman fight since black women don’t control the narrative. Good luck to whites
I remember when Clint Eastwood and Sondra Locke were in downtown Phoenix in April of 1977 filming the final scenes of The Gauntlet, the bus they were driving was being riddled with bullet holes shot by hundreds of police officers, and I went downtown and watched as the bus turned on Monroe Street.
I'm a native Arizonan, born and raised in Phoenix, and before they had flood control, I remember one year in particular when we had a flood and that was in June of 1972, I was 15 years old back then and I remember my friend and I riding our bicycles on flooded streets, we accelerated as fast as we could on the dry sections of streets, and it was thrilling to both of us to make water splash as we rode our bikes through flooded sections of neighborhoods.
Thank you for sharing your memories!
We moved to Phoenix so I’ve lived here 66 years, I remember all of what you showed… great memories, thank you
People very good in lying
I lived in San carlos. They will descrimate you and robe you. People do not change
Can you say Tourist Trap?
Mine lied too in COLORADO. THEY DO IT IN EVERY STATE. ONLY PROTECTING THEMSELVES, NOT THE CHILDREN. YOUR INVESTIGATORS NEED TO BE EDUCATED AS TO THE RIGHTS OF A FAMILY. CHANGE YOUR METHODS OF PROTECTION AND TAKE AWAY THE POWER FROM SOCIAL WORKERS ITS MAKING THEM INCOMPETENT TO DO THE RIGHT THING. MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!
You never have evidence unless the cheaters get caught. That's common sense...just compare speeding, never happened if nobody saw it. The cheating begins to come to light in anonymous research polls after the voting period has ended and people reveal the truth of having voted in place of another, voted in two states, destroyed 3rd party collected ballots, accepted monetary bribes for voting in a prescribed manner and so forth.
Was this funny?
Not really, no.
Me at my new forest service job here in oregon lmao
These are great men!
Such amazing vlogs forever I really enjoyed it hemmm yummy yummy yummy yummy
Whooo 😂🎉
👏👏👏
Love this!!! Moved to PHX in 1978 and haven't left. Used to go to the hot air balloon regatta at the Thunderbird School of International Management on 59th Avenue and Greenway. So cool, but PHX has blown up in the past 20 yrs. Waaaaay too many WAORCA virus transplants, turning Maricopa County purple since 2008...
I was born in Rey Arizona. Those mines in South West were worked by the Mexicans. My family was a mining family till they dried up. We lived in Sonora but there was no hospital there so the kids were all born in Rey.
Sure has been destroyed
I took a drive through my old neighborhood near 51st ave & Indian School and I was blown away by the downturn and poor conditions of Maryvale. Big shame, John F. Long must be rolling in his grave..no disrespect.
On the oldest Spanish maps of North America, which of the mysterious cities shown correspond with the modern ones built over them?
They were the first act that I saw at the young Westbury Music Fair on Long Island.. I was so close that I could actually see Felix's fingers on the keys. They were billed as the "Young Rascals" then. They were fantastic. Their music, the vocals and harmonies were definitely on par with The Beatles and The Beach Boys.
Sounds like a blast! Thanks for sharing!
Imagine expecting cries from this😂😂. Get a real job
That is awesome
